You won’t see any real estate company sharing their profits with their customers, employees, vendors, independent contractors, and investors. But we’re not like most real estate companies.

When you join Dorothy.com®, you’re a member and when we make a profit, you get a piece of it. You could get a little or a lot; and the more you do with us, the more we share with you. It’s called BrickShare and it’s what sets us apart.

BrickShare is paid in quarter one and is based on how much profit we earn in the previous year. In fact, you do not even have to spend money to participate.

It is as simple as setting up an account and earning profit shares "Bricks" for performing certain actions.
4% of profit shares are shared with members who provide referrals. The lifetime bricks you have earned in this slice are your numerator.
Referrals
4% of profits are shared with members who refer new members.
Every 30 days you will meet someone who is talking about buying, selling, renting or leasing real property. When you do, tell them:

“Have you checked out Dorothy.com®? You can earn profit shares and or rebates.”

The reason you do this is more profits pushed through the platform, the more commission come out the back end.
  1. Earn 15 profit shares for each new member referral. The low hanging fruit is your parents, siblings and kids.
  2. Earn 500 profit shares for each agent who transfers their real estate license to dorothy.com.SM
  3. Earn 5,000 profit shares for each managing broker who transfers their real estate license to Dorothy.com.SM
3% of profit shares are shared with members who access my.dorothy.com, keep information updated and perform real estate searches. The lifetime bricks you have earned in this slice are your numerator.
Newsletter
3% of profits are shared with members who search, chat, signon and view newsletter.

Monthly Confirm - 10 bricks are earned once per month when the member signs on to my.dorothy.com.

Annual Confirm - 10 bricks are earned once each year when the member confirms membership information. Members who confirm are eligible for that year’s profit sharing.

Chat - 5 bricks are earned each day a chat is created. This builds on the knowledge base available for all members. Once signed on to chat.dorothy.com or by clicking on LEOSM Chat button in botton right corner of this page.

Search - 5 profit shares are earned each day a search is created and or re-run.

Search anytime or anywhere in the world. Search from your phone via text or your computer. Every day you search you earn more bricks.

From one search you can search for:

  • REALTOR® properties
  • For sale by owner
  • For rent by owner
  • Commercial Lease

Dorothy.com searches the most popular databases in your area. Simply click on the "Add Search" button to store your new search.

The quickest and easiest search is created from your cell phone. Text any 5-digit zip code to:

856-dorothy

856 (367-6849)

You will receive a text within seconds. Click on the text, click on the search. Walla! You just received 5 bricks. To repeat tomorrow, simply find the text you received today and Dorothy.com will return the listings with the most recently updated listings first.

You can share a search with another member so you are both looking at the same data in real time. Have questions, want to tour a propery, want to make an offer? Use our local Dorothy.com® agent to coordinate the process and make an offer on your behalf. The listing agent will pay Dorothy.com® a commission for representing you. In return we rebate any commission over 2%.

Most important: on a $500,000 purchase you earn 2,500 bricks.

Use the brick cruncher to calculate your rebate and bricks.

Social Media Likes - 5 bricks for each like. If you request to be invited, then you will be sent a link when a new social media post is available to be liked.

About the Agent - Member Experience

You may or may not like Starbucks coffee; but the customer experience is the same in London as it is in Lincoln. Your reward points work in both locations and is controlled by the Starbucks corporate methodology and data.

The real estate industry is fragmented as most offices are independently owned and operated. When you move from Durham to Gainesville,  the agent in Florida has no idea who you are and will ask the same questions your agent in North Carolina just asked you. This is even true if it's the same franchise name as they are usually independently owned and operated.

Dorothy.com® agents are encouraged to receive consistent training through the LEOSM platform and are not oversaturated in any one city. The LEOSM platform is the single, normalized source of truth for all members worldwide. We limit the number of agents to one agent per zip/postal code as they only service members. When you move from Durham to Gainesville we will know you.

One of our member goals is:

  • Suggest sharing 10% of their other income with family, friends, neighbors, and strangers in need.

  • Repeat annually for a lifetime.

Human death is the goal line. It's what we do in reference to pleasure, power, and possession, that determines our life after death.”

Capitalism “S” is the evolution of the current form of Capitalism. It is an economic system based on the sharing of profits between all stakeholders of an organization for their lifetime. Stakeholders are anyone in the world who annually confirm their membership in the organization. Characteristics central to Capitalism “S” are:
  • The “S” stands for the sharing economy
  • There are no stockholders who expect a return on or a return of capital ahead of stakeholders
  • Contributors receive profit shares in lieu of cash for their contribution to the organization
  • Profit shares accumulate for a member’s lifetime
  • Profit shares cannot be sold, gifted or willed
  • Profits are paid out annually based on member contributions
In a big data world, a traditional capitalistic organization starts in the cloud and expands its business by raising capital to compensate those who provide cognitive knowledge. In that instance, the stockholders and bankers can become wealthy. This results in an increased income inequality gap not because lower-income people are making less, but the initial stockholders earn so much more.

The customer experience is outstanding with big data capitalism which leads to exponential growth and an ever-increasing income inequality gap. Quantum computing and artificial intelligence result in an even better customer experience.

Society will step in and force the data barons to give their wealth to charity upon death or raise their taxes. This will lead to talk of a minimum sustainable income.

A Capitalism “S” organization is started in the cloud and reaches exponential growth with surplus intellectual assets of stakeholders who currently work for the traditional capitalistic organization. A Capitalism “S” organization has no barrier to entry like a share of stock. Crowdfunding and sweat equity is a source of needed funds in exchange for profit shares.

A Capitalism “S” organization should have a vision for its stakeholders like:
  1. Democratize organization profits
  2. Request that stakeholders anonymously give 10% of the annual profit share payments to those around them in need
  3. Encourage stakeholders to also give 10% of their other income to those around them in need

  • Capitalism requires money to be a stockholder. When combined with big data, capitalism can lead to hugh wealth disparity.
  • Capitalism "S" requires excess time and/or specific knowledge. Anyone in the universe can be a member and profits are democratized with annually confirmed members.

Big Data and Capitalism

When a big data company like Amazon, Facebook, Linkedin or Google is built with traditional Capitalism (selling stock or debt) it creates a fabulous seamless customer experience. Every time someone “googles” or “amazons” the respective platforms the platforms become smarter and the Data Barons become richer. The end result is a large wealth gap between the Data Barons (dwarfing the robber barons of the 1920s) and the users of the platforms.

Imagine if Amazon did this!

Here is how it would work with Capitalism "S". Every time you searched amazon you would earn profit shares. If you bought an item for $30, you would receive 30 profit shares. You would accumulate those Amazon profit shares for life. At the end of each year, instead of investors being worth billions and Jeff Bezos being worth billions, the profits would be distributed back to all Amazon members. Dorothy.com® shares profits with all Dorothy.com® platform members worldwide.

The next time you order from Amazon, you will think about Dorothy.comSM

Big Data vs Independently Owner Real Estate Offices (Taxis)

Real estate companies are traditionally independently owned and operated which creates silos of information across the world. Unlike ordering an Uber in Lincoln, Nebraska and then again in Tampa, Florida where no question is asked twice, the real estate process starts over each time when buying, selling and renting. The end result is a less than seamless customer experience and an extremely expensive transaction.

The next time you order an Uber, you will think about Dorothy.comSM

So, why not build the first artificial intelligence, sharing platform for real estate where the members build, enhance, use, and are rewarded based on how often they touch the platform. Dorothy.com® was built with vendors and staff who have received profit shares. Dorothy.com® has no debt and no accounts payable. The platform was built in the cloud and is highly scalable.

How did the founding members come up with this platform?

First fable: A young boy was living on a farm in Nebraska and his grandfather would drive past 2 granaries to a 3rd granary for feed and seed. The young boy did not understand the 3rd granary was a farmer’s co-op where annual profits were distributed to its members.

Second fable: A founding member had a son at Duke. The first class attended by the young adult was an economics class. An article was distributed about the sharing economy by Thomas Friedman. The sharing company being referenced was Airbnb. Or, what if Uber or Lyft had profit shares for drivers and riders.

The LEOSM ecosystem

Prior to the 1970’s customer relations were managed with paper; the name, address, phone number and other learned information were written on a piece of paper.

In the 1970’s the rolodex was used, that was pretty cool we could quickly flip through the cards.

In the 1980’s Lotus 123 was invented; we could search and sort the data.

In the 1990s CRM was invented; we could connect accounts and contacts. That was great the day it was installed. The problem with CRM is duplication of data and the lack of incentive to update the data.

In the 2010’s the LEOSM ecosystem was invented. The LEOSM ecosystem:
  • addressed the duplication of data and the incentive to update the data
  • has democratized data into its normalized state
  • is the actual implementation of Capitalism "S"
  • is comprised of all members in the galaxy, the processes that connect the members in the LEOSM Platform to document, encourage and reward all members
  • puts members in control of their data
